The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER STORM WARNING for Athens County until 7:00AM, Tuesday, 2/9/2021.

  • WHAT – Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to two inches. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches.
  • WHERE – Perry, Morgan, Athens, Washington and Vinton Counties.
  • WHEN – Until 7 AM Tuesday, 2/9/2021.
  • IMPACTS – Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
