The Nelsonville City Council held a virtual special Council meeting on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 7:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is for the consideration of,
• An ordinance to authorize the signing of a contract with AT&T for the moving of lines so the sewer plant project may begin.
• To rescind the removal of Gregory Smith from the City of Nelsonville City Council.

The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for West Franklin Street Between Madison Street to Adams Street. The reason for this Boil Order was to repair a leak on the mainline.
When a boil order is in effect, we ask those affected to boil their drinking and cooking water for three minutes before being consumed.
This Boil Order is in effect until further notice, unless notified otherwise.
