The Nelsonville City Council will hold a special Council meeting on Monday, August 23, 2021, at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to consider adoption of a resolution appointing attorneys of Reminger Co., L.P.A., as special prosecutor to prosecute the pending removal proceedings, as well as any reviews thereof, of councilmember Gregory Smith.
