The City of Nelsonville announces the following street closures for the Parade of The Hills: the Public Square and Columbus Street will close on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Noon, Washington Street will close Monday, August 12, 2013, at Noon and will reopen on Sunday, August 18, 2013. Travelers are encouraged to use caution while traveling in the downtown area for the entire week.

CORRECTION – Nelsonville Columbus St from September St to the Public Sq closed for Gus Macker Basketball Tournament
The City of Nelsonville will be closing Columbus Street from September Street to the Public Square starting at 8:00 am on Friday, August 2nd for the 7th Annual Gus Macker Basketball Tournament;
The street will remain closed until Sunday, August 4th at 8:00 pm. Please use alternate routes to travel in and around the downtown Nelsonville area. Be careful of the large number of pedestrians in the area over the weekend.
