The City of Nelsonville announces that a portion of West Franklin Street will be closed between Madison Street and Cable Alley on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. AEP will be replacing a utility pole and upgrading facilities on that section of the street, weather permitting.
