The street project is scheduled to begin in July and last for several months. With this project taking place on several main streets of our city, natural changes to traffic flow for the impacted areas are expect. To ease disruptions, the project will be completed block-by-block. This part of the construction plan was made to ensure as little disruption to your routine and/or business as possible.

With the block-by-block construction approach only parts of the streets will experience construction at one time. Keeping that in mind, please be prepared for varying levels of inconvenience during this project. Some may not be impacted at all while some may experience delay or route changes.

Though the project is set to begin in July, construction projects can experience weather and supply delays. Therefore, the City has not yet been given exact estimates of when crews will be operating in various area. The City is engaged with ODOT in finalization of the logistics plan for the project. Additional information will be released on the City webpage, social media sites and local media as it becomes available.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this major project for our community. We hope this is a great example of our town coming together and working toward a stronger economic future.
