- Council and public discussion and voting on Robert’s rules of order as rules for city council meetings and proceedings under Nelsonville City Charter section 4.05
- Council and public discussion and voting on rules in regards to the city law department and city attorney and sharing of all and any legal opinions or advice made on any city issue with all of council at all times.
- To allow for council and public discussion on recent appointments to city council and the process that took place before and after the appointment. This discussion should be polite and to the point.
