Nelsonville boil order for Monroe St, Fayette St, Myers St and North St, until 4PM, Fri, 5/12/23, boil cooking and drinking water for 3 minutes

The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for water customers on Monroe Street, Fayette Street, Myers Street and North Street. The boil order will be in effect until 4:00PM, Friday, May 12, 2023, unless notified otherwise. This boil order is due to a water line break and repair.

When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three minutes before being consumed.

REMEMBER – Nelsonville Tunnel to Towers Foundation 5K run and walk, Sun, 4/30/22, 7AM to1PM, drive with caution, watch for pedestrians

REMEMBER – The City of Nelsonville would like to remind the public of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation 5K run and walk, Sunday, April 30, 2022, between the hours of 7:00AM and 1:00PM. During these times the Nelsonville Public Square will be closed to vehicle traffic and parking. 5K participants will be on streets throughout Nelsonville. Additionally, many spectators are expected in the city. Drive with caution throughout Nelsonville and watch out for pedestrians.
