The City of Nelsonville announces that the following City Council Committees will be holding meetings on Monday, May 4, 2026, at City Hall.

6:00 PM – Street Committee
Duration: 30 minutes

  • Discussion of sidewalk and alley ways.
  • Discussion of ordinance 91-05, streets and sidewalks: repair, obstruction.

6:30 PM – Finance Committee
Duration: 20 minutes

  • Discussion of funding seasonal pool passes for Nelsonville residents at Athens City Pool for the 2026 season.

6:50PM – Parks and recreation Committee
Duration: 20 minutes

  • Update and discussion on site exploration for Nelsonville Pool.
