The Nelsonville City Council held a special meeting on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting was for first reading of the 2022 trash and sewer rates ordinance and to consider the passage of a change order for Mill and Saint John Street water improvement project.
