The Nelsonville City Council held a virtual special Council meeting on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 6:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting was to to consider adoption of a resolution appointing attorneys of Reminger Co., L.P.A., as special prosecutor to prosecute the pending removal proceedings, as well as any reviews thereof, of councilmember Gregory Smith.
