Nelsonville boil order for customers NE of High St, Burr Oak Blvd intersection and Buchtel, until Mon, 10/24/22, at 12PM

The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for water customers Northeast of the High Street and Burr Oak Boulevard intersection and including the Village of Buchtel. The boil order will be effect until Monday, October 24, 2022, at 12:00PM, unless notified otherwise. This boil order is due to a leak repair on the water line on Burr Oak Boulevard between Nelsonville and Buchtel.

When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three minutes before being consumed.

Buchtel boil order for SR685, SR78, Oakley Dr, Dunkin Dr until 5PM, Sat, 10/22/22, boil water 3 minutes before consuming

The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for the following areas in Buchtel, State Route 685, State Route 78, Oakley Drive and Dunkin Drive until 5:00PM, Saturday, October 22, 2022, unless notified otherwise. This boil order is due to a water main repair.

Nelsonville Walnut St closed, Burr Oak to Poplar and no parking Thu, 10/27/22, 7AM to 6PM, avoid area, use alternate route

The City of Nelsonville announces that Walnut Street from Burr Oak Boulevard to Poplar Street will be closed to traffic and no parking will be permitted Thursday, October 27, 2022, between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00PM. The roadway is being closed as part of a roadway paving project. Please avoid this area and use an alternate route.

Nelsonville Utility Office’s online payment system down for maintenance 10/20/22, through 10/28/22

The City of Nelsonville Utility Office’s online payment system will be down for maintenance today October 20, 2022, through October 28, 2022. Cash, Check, Money order payments can still be made at the Nelsonville Utility Office, in the payment drop box, or through the US mail. The City of Nelsonville apologizes for the inconvenience, but the maintenance was not within our control. We will release updates if the system is restored earlier than expected.

Nelsonville College St water main break causing water outage until crews complete repair, boil order to follow repair

The Nelsonville Water Department is working on a water main break on College Street, which is causing customers in the area water pressure and service issues until crews complete the repair. Areas affected are.

Since crews are working on the issue and everyone is aware customers do not need to call in to report it. When water service is restored, there will be a boil order until 3:00PM, Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
