The City of Nelsonville has suspended scrap tire drop-off for recycling until further notice. Nelsonville has participated in an EPA tire recycling grant program since 2019 which allowed people to drop-off scrap tires at the city building complex for recycling and help keep tires from being dumped around the region. The current program has been suspended while the city reapplies for grant funding to continue the program.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while we refund this program.
