The Nelsonville City Council held a special meeting on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 8:00 PM, the meeting was called by the City Council President to consider and discuss and possibly act on authorization and instruction to the City Attorney to initiate legal action against the Secretary of State and Athens County Board of Election relative to the 2025 general election.
