  2. 5 Year paving plan
  3. Alley improvement plan
  4. Storm drains plan
  5. Discuss Railroad crossings in city
  6. Rocky Boot Way / September Street, repainting center line
  7. The Utility Service Director has proposed the following items.
  8. Mill Street – Parking
  9. Franklin Street – One way
  10. Chestnut Street – Parking
