PROCLOMATION

AS A RESULT OF the Enumeration conducted pursuant 703 of the Ohio Revised Code, I, Frank LaRose, Secretary of State of the State of Ohio, complying with the provisions of Section 703.06 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio, do herby proclaim that the municipality of

Nelsonville in
Athens County, Ohio

according to the results of the Enumeration reported by the City Auditor, has a population of

5,373

and shall, from and after thirty days from date of this proclamation be known as a City by virtue of and in accordance with said Section 703.06 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio.

IN WITNESS HEREOFF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the State of Ohio to be affixed. Done at the City of Columbus this 12th day of October in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty-one, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred forty-fifth and of the statehood of Ohio the two hundred eighteenth.
