The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for the Village of Buchtel, and 5339, 5534, 5532 and 5530 Happy Hollow Road. This does not include State Route 78 from State Route 685 to county line, State Route 685, Duncan Drive, North & South Oakley Drive, and the Nelsonville York City School complex. The boil order will be in effect for these areas until 12:00 PM, Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The boil order is due to a water leak repair.
When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three (3) minutes before being consumed.
