WHERE…Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and central, northeast, northern, southern, and western West Virginia. This includes Athens County.
WHEN… 7:00 PM, Saturday, January 31, 2026, until 11:00 AM, Sunday, February 1, 2026.
IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin, as well as hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
