The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for all customers on Mill Street, Kontner Street, Short Street, Clinton Street, College Street, Elizabeth Street, Oak Street and Poling Avenue until 3:00PM, Thursday, March 21, 2024. The boil order is due to crews tying into a new water line.
When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three (3) minutes before being consumed.
