The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for water customers on,

  • Walnut Street East of Burr Oak Boulevard
  • Burr Oak Boulevard Northeast of Hillside Drive including,
    • Crihfield Drive
    • Star Village
    • Sylvania Avenue
    • Carbon Hill Buchtel Road
    • Sandy Lane
    • Dew Lane
    • Bessemer Road
  • Village of Buchtel

The boil order will be in effect until 12:00PM, Tuesday, January 16, 2024, unless notified otherwise. This boil order is due to a water line break and repair on Burr Oak Boulevard.

When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three (3) minutes before being consumed.
