Margaret H Darby also known as Margie Reeves age 43 of Nelsonville, Ohio has been taken into custody by the Nelsonville Police Department. Nelsonville Police officers arrested Darby at 2:50 PM today at the GoMart gas station on West Canal Street in Nelsonville. Law Enforcement officers located Darby after receiving an anonymous tip on her location. Margaret Darby is now being held at the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail located in Nelsonville.
Margaret H Darby was indicted by a March session of the Athens County, Ohio Grand Jury. The Athens County Common Pleas Court had issued a nationwide arrest warrant for her arrest. Margaret H Darby was indicted for the following charges;
- 13 counts of forgery
- 2 counts of failing to provide for a functionally impaired person
- 2 counts of kidnapping
- Theft
- Identity fraud
