Margaret H Darby also known as Margie Reeves age 43 of Nelsonville, Ohio was indicted by a March session of the Athens County, Ohio Grand Jury. The Athens County Common Pleas Court has issued a nationwide arrest warrant for her arrest. Margaret H Darby is wanted for the following charges;
- 13 counts of forgery
- 2 counts of failing to provide for a functionally impaired person
- 2 counts of kidnapping
- Theft
- Identity fraud
