At 347 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lake Hope State Park, moving east at 60 mph.
- HAZARD…70 mph wind gusts.
- SOURCE…Radar indicated.
- IMPACT…Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
- mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS; For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
