Convicted murderer John Modie who escaped from the Hocking Unit of the Southeastern Correctional Complex on Sunday, 3/27 has been captured. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction released late Monday that a joint task force captured John Modie without incident at 10:50 p.m. in Nelsonville.
