The City of Nelsonville announces there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at 10:00 AM at the corner of Jefferson and Watkins Street to celebrate the completion of the Jefferson Watkins Improvement Project. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
