The Nelsonville Street Department announces that Harper Street from Chestnut Street to Polar Street will be closed to traffic on Sunday, June 22, 2014, from 8:00AM to 1:30PM for the Nelsonville Wesleyan Church’s 100th anniversary celebration. Residents are urged to use an alternative route through the area.
