The York Township Volunteer Fire Department is on the scene of a broken electrical pole and electrical wires down near 17055 Diamond Brick Road North West of Nelsonville. The damage to the electrical wires has caused a local power outage. Emergency crews from American Electric Power are on the scene and working on the outage. Restoration of electrical service to the affected area is expected by 10:30 PM. Please avoid the area!
