The Nelsonville Water Department has issued a boil order for all customers at 1000 East Canal Street (Town Homes of Hocking Hills Apartment Complex), until 12:00PM, Thursday, May 23, 2024. This boil order is necessary due to a tie-in for a new water line.

When a boil order is in effect, we ask all who are affected to boil their cooking and drinking water for three (3) minutes before being consumed.
